  i am presuming you live in Spain, but i might be wrong. You could open a Citibank account in Spain and withdraw from the Citibank branches in Germany, which there are many. there would be some cost but not as much as using ATMs. i am not sure how much you have to deposit to open an account in Spain but it might be high to be not worth it unless it is a regular thing, but i would suggest worth checking out. I have a deposit Citibank account in the UK earning interest and can draw from it through TheCitibank ATM's whilst in germany
