Employment within the hotel industry in Austria

I am a 26 year old hotel supervisor in england and have been in food and beverage for over ten years, i am curently taking German lessons and am looking for a position in a hotel in Austria. i spent 4 years as a chef, 1 year as a someliere and 5 years as a f&b supervisor in hotels between 3-5 stars. i would eventualy like to open my own hotel and would love to work for an employer who can develope my career futher.
