But you also have to keep in mind that the people who own and are building the condo don't care about the people who live in them even in the slightest, I used to work in New Condos and townhomes doing diffeciencys bacically fixing all the mistakes the builder made and wow for 400k + what a waste buy a house FUCK buying a condo you get screwed no matter what, i worked closely with some of these companies like CRESTFORD and they will cut costs and screw u at every turn GOOD LUCK
