  I have finished my degree in IT at SLIIT. While my studies I have successfully completed my final year research project called Discover City Colombo which is a route finding System & finding shortest pathway to go to a particular place within the City of Colombo. This project mainly based on the database which is MS Access. Therefore I have a good knowledge in MS Access.
  
  I have around 4 years work experience as a Network Administrator Cum Computer Trouble Shooter and over all in-charge of I-café in Crescat Boulevard from April 2004 to April 2008. This experience gave me a good practical knowledge in IT and also this job was mainly based on customer candling. There, I have gain a lot of experience to communicate with people and solve their problems. Therefore I have the ability to successfully and effectively liaise with and motivate a variety of people in a multi-cultural environment.
  
  Hand on experience as software Implementation Engineer in hSenid Software International (Pvt) Ltd from 7th April 2008 up to now. This job is mainly focused in technical and customer handling. It gives a good knowledge in Database Management System which is mainly in MS Access, SQL, Oracle and Crystal Reporting. And also I have the responsible to handle the customer issues, communicate with people who are using our system, requirement gathering from customer, implement the system at client site and giving training to customers.
