how can i get visa

dear sir,
i am egyptain nationality...and work in kuwait from one year and already have residence in it...
according to my work i have to go Ireland for Factory acceptance test and then in Denmark and then in Netherlands.....
so i ask how can i get visa from kuwait to ireland then if i get it,i have to make another to Danmark and Netherland
please help me cause me schedule will be in 22 Nov.
