Help with application for visitors visa to ireland for an algerian citizen

Can anyone give advise on sample letters from employer stating i will be returning to work and from college as proof of return, also how is travel insurance obtained before hand, and is it expensive as this needs to be provided also with he application....anyone ever applied for this tourist visa before any help would be greatly appreciated just to make sure i have all the documents, i already have invitations and account details etc just need help with 2 letters to proove i will be returning and insurance thanks [email removed]
