How can i bring my wife to Australia?

I just got my student visa extention for two years in Australia. but before that i went to Philippines and got married there. in my student visa, i put my spouse's name in it as dependant but not included to my application, now i want to bring my wife to Australia with me. Is it possible for me to bring her in Australia? What papers do i need to prepare and what visa is for her? is it possible for her to be my dependant in australia?
