Single mum thinking of relocating to Dubai

• Having attended school in Dubai in my teens, I am now a single mum with extensive secretarial/PA experience predominantly in the financial and legal sectors attempting to relocate to Dubai. I have been researching both accommodation costs and creche fees and while creche fees compare quite favourably to Ireland, accommodation seems quite expensive. Is all accommodation paid up annually as opposed to monthly? Any feedback/advice would be gratefully received.
