CAIPS - my two cents...

• They charge you between 20 and 50 British pounds to let you know that your file is "in process" and perhaps lets you know something about two weeks before you see it in the letter Citizenship & Immigration Canada sends you. So.. I do not know when this is worth. I used it and quite honestly I do not think it is worrth
