Swiss citizen living abroad is moving to Switzerland soon

• i was born in peru, then moved to the USA. now for the first time in my life I have to move to Switzerland (but I am a citizen becuase my father is swiss)
  
  my last family member there died two yrs ago. I dont know anybody and I want to know what rights are given to swiss citizens?
  
  I am moving to Fribourg, if anybody could help me and guide me I would GREATLY appreciate it, I am only 19 yrs old.
