Immigration Advise

  I am Nitin, an IT/Elelctronics Professional with over 15 years experience. I am looking forward to moving to UK for Work and gain International experience.
  
  My Questions are :
  1. How do I secure a work permit ? Should the sponsoring company be registered in UK or a Letter of Offer of Job by a company based in India will do?
  
  2. If I apply under HSMP, what should I do if my past employers are out of business and no verification is possible.
  
  3. If my HSMP application is rejected, will it affacte my short-term business visa application too?
