Members Service Shift Duty Manager - Gibraltar

    You will be responsible for daily shift operations of the members service department on a rotating 12 hour shift which would mean 4 days on and 4 days off. You will require a minimum of 2 years of managing teams within the gaming industry or similar customer service department. Internet technology experience is an advantage, experience in event management and chat systems, experience in coaching and training and the ability to work to strict deadlines. You will be required to lead and motivate the existing team and be involved in on going recruitment. A generous base salary will apply for the successful individual.
