This position is based with the marketing department for this busy gaming company based in Gibraltar. You will be involved in helping to implement CRM plans and analyse the effectiveness of all CRM activity. This will involve activating, retaining and reactivating lapsed customers and improve overall customer experience and leading to an increase in the lifetime value of a customer. You will also be involved in email marketing and data and campaign analysis. You will also be liaising with suppliers to ensure all CRM activity is delivered within budget and within agreed timescales and liaise with other internal teams on all CRM activity. In order to secure this position you must be proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop marketing skills. You must be a graduate ideally with a marketing or business qualification or a minimum of 12 months experience in a marketing role. Good time management, organisational, analytical skills are a must and overall a general interest in betting and or gaming.
