Bell vs Rogers

• I live in london Ont.. As right now i have bell but i live in the basement of a house and i work at a hospital.. the thing is i can never get a signal in either place.. but my friend has rogers when she visit me either place she gets full signal.. so is rogers that better then bell? is bell doing anything about it?

  it really depends on who has the closer antenna to your basement. Both Rogers and Bell have very similar frequencies so it is not an issue of which one will penetrate concrete better than the other.
  If you plan to stay in that basement for a while and rogers has a package that is good for you, you should go with them.
