Drunken ski instructors

• Hey everyone,
  I have been several times in Austria for skiing and every time I wondered about these ski instructors who seem to drink alcohol all the day. Even in the wee hours of the morning they are drinking beer or more often really hard alcohol like ‘stroh rum’… unbelievable. I’m wondering if it is secure on Austrian ski runs with all these drunken instructors???
