Getting a fair home inspection

• Are home inspectors trustable? I mean, I have heard reports that you may get a different opinion depending on the inspector.
  
  How can we get a transparent and unbiased inspection?

  home inspectors are liable individuals for things they oversee. They have an obligation to go over a checklist stablished by the building codes of your city. If you get an inspector who does not do his/her job, the inspector can lose his/her license
