Swiss people working in Holland

• Hi! I'm from Switzerland and would like to work for a while in Amsterdam? Does anyone know if I need a work permit for working in Holland?

• Working in Holland as a swiss person

  Working in Holland should not be a problem for Swiss people, however, because Switzerland is not part of the European Union, you will need to get a work permit as far as I know.

• Free movement for Swiss nationals

  Because of an agreement betwee the European Union and Switzerland Swiss nationals do not need any permit to work in an EU country, including The Netherlands.
