  Try to contact Connect International. They are a wonderful group, based in Groningen, of newcomers to Northern Holland, and also Dutch citizens, who have returned from abroad, to the Netherlands. I used to live in Groningen (I am Canadian) and they helped me find some miscellaneous jobs such as cleaning, babysitting and errand running. They may know someone to help you out
