Working and Resident Permit

• I have a prospect employer in spain. She lives in Villamediana de Iregua. I am from Philippines. She has already applied for a working and residency permit in extranjeria last June 5. Up to now, there's no result. She has only received a certification from extranjeria that i have no one like me in their place.
  
  Can someone help me answer my inquiry? Why its taking so long to release my working and residency permit?
