HDB flats

• are the HDB government flats any nice? everything else is so expensive, but I can't imagine governemtn housing being that nice.

  Hi Evan,
  HDB are housing built by government and they are as good as some private housing.
  Some 70% of population live in such housing and often they are well supported by amenities and conveniently located near good transport system such as MRT trains and buses.
  Swimming pools/banks/library/shopping malls/markets/food courts are within easy reach.
  Most are modern and brightly lighted up.
  Sum it up it is as livable as private housing.
