some nationals exploit poor expartiates and spoil the name of a good nation

• An individual here I know for many years following a new technique to make money. He is working in a government company. He brings a poor expatriate and gives him promises and 8000 dollars (cheque) to run a buisness and expand the business. This 8000 dollars the villain writes as loan given to the poor expatraite in his records. The expatraite works hard, brings good business, but the villain sponsor takes all the money. The Bank cheque signing authority is with the villan sponsor, and people beautifully call it sponsor rights. Bahrain is doing the best, the nation is going to scrap this poor system of sponsorship.
  The villain took all the monies, and the expatriate without salary and income suffers, the poor expatriate even tried to commit suicide because the sponsor said he will put him in jail becasue he has 8000 dollars rials loan from this villain. The fact is that this 8000 dollars the expatriate spent for the business owned by the villain. Now the villain manages two expatriates and in one name (two companies), he makes big money, he now has a big car, and big bank balance. Recently he brought another expatriate, but he claims the money of 8000 dollars from the other poor first expatriate. This villain continues his tricks with others also, Poor, ver poor. Please we have to save these poor expatriates.
