Job prospects in Bahrain

• My name is Tracey. I am a Blood Transfusion Specialist in a paediatric hospital who has worked previously as a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology. I am trying to find out what my job prospects would be if I came out to Bahrain with my husband. Are there hospital lab services or are lab services centralised? Would my qualifications be accepted? Do they have a blood transfusion service? Do they have Specialists in Transfusion in the hospital setting?.
  Any information would be gratefully received.
