Hi, thank you for trying to set it straight. It's a real shame that people don't know the truth. I was not sacked because of telling a rude joke. A staff member in the maths dept whose contract was not renewed in Jan 2008, decided to take revenge on the school and accused the school of being racist etc. This member went to all costs to bring the name of the school down and that of the maths dept. She produced some emails on March 15th 2008 that I had sent in Nov 2006 and accused me of being racist and anti Islam. Those of you who know me, know that I do not have a racist bone in my body and had lived happily, working in the Middle East for 14 years. This person affected the lives of so many and at what cost? People know the truth.
