Living in Hungray for 6-9 months a year.

• My husband was born in Hungary and is a US citizen. We want to retire in Hungary for 6-9 months out of the year. The rest of the year we will live in our home in Las Vegas for the winters. We are in our 60's and don't plan on working. Can anyone tell me what we need to do? Also if any one has information on medical care we can have there.
