name appear on Passport

• Dear sir,i would like to check with you,I'm holding a spouse permit,recently i add on my Christian name on my identity card and passport as well in my country,now i'm in my country,if i enter immigration in italy,if the officer see my name add on the christian name following by my actual name,is that any problem??do i need to go to italy embassy in my country to verify my document first?
