employment visa duration

• Sir/mam, I am resident of india. i have been to Dubai for one month on short visit with uae local sponser then i exit.After one month the same sponser sent me short visit visa and ticket, but after that again they said my employment visa got ready so that you please ignore visiat visa as we are sending employment visa shortly.
  Is it possible once issued short visit visa and after that immidietly can apply for the employment visa?( Second time i didnt enter Dubai)
  
  In this case how many days time duration to get employment visa? for which i will be very thankful to you.
