flat for subrent in Wiesbaden/Mainz

• Hi,
  we are subrenting our 40 sqm flat in Wiesbaden from February to July 2009. The costs including everything are 480 €. A washing machine is in the apartment. You can also take over our phone and internet flat rate.
  As Wiesbaden and Mainz are situated next to each other the apartment is fine for people working or studying in Wiesbaden as well as in Mainz.

• Apartment for short term until we find a house in the Wiesbaden area

  My husband and I are transferring to Wiesbaden. He and the dog are flying 12-12, staying at the American Arms, until I arrive Jan 9th. We are wanting to rent a house in one of the smaller towns between Wiesbaden and Ramstein eventually. Is your apartment furnished and are you open to one dog, mature and totally house trained?
