work pemit

• Dear sir/Madam,
  I would like to know that I would get the work permit or not.I have come to Germany from Nepal with student visa.Now,I am studying Deautsch in sprachonkolleg and later will join at university.on my visum,thare is written that I can not work.Now,I have the visum for 3 months.Later,I should extend it for longer.
  I need to work but now I am not allowed.Please,advise me.I am in tension.I am hoping that you will reply as soon as possible.
